About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of www.engsurface.com and any purchases made through the site. EngSurface is operated as an independent engineering software business by its founder, based in Morocco. By using the site or purchasing a license, you accept these terms.

Products and licenses

The catalogue (CATIA macros, 3DEXPERIENCE scripts, Excel/VBA plug-ins, Python engineering tools) covers macros, templates and add-ons. Each paid product page states the included license: Single user (one named person, up to 3 machines) or Multi user (one organization, unlimited internal seats). All paid one-time-licenses include free minor updates for 12 months after purchase.

Payments and delivery

Prices appear in the store currency chosen by the admin and are charged through PayPal only. After PayPal confirms your payment, we verify your order and send the license files and activation instructions to the email you provided — normally within 24 hours. If you already have an account, orders linked to your email also appear on your account page.

Acceptable use

You may install and use the tools within the scope of your license, adapt them for your own internal workflows, and request support. You may not redistribute, resell, share the license, or publish the source outside the licensed scope. Reverse engineering for interoperability purposes remains allowed where mandatory law requires it.

Refunds

Digital goods are delivered instantly once verified, which means the right to withdraw ends when files are delivered. However, if a paid tool demonstrably fails to work as described and we cannot fix it within 14 days, contact support@engsurface.com — we will refund that license in full.

Intellectual property

All tools, code, documentation, logos and site content remain the property of EngSurface. Purchasing a license grants rights of use only — never ownership of the code itself.

Liability

The tools are provided "as is" and are designed to automate engineering tasks. You remain responsible for validating outputs (drawings, BOMs, NC files, calculations) before production use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim linked to a license is limited to the price you paid for that license.

Data we collect and how we use it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms; the latest version is always on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting purchased licenses never apply retroactively. Questions: support@engsurface.com.
